For over 20 years, we've pursued our passion, the guiding principle that leads us to believe in the authenticity of our products and the craftsmanship of our creations. We started with a fresh pasta workshop, experimenting first with savory and then with sweet treats.

A modern and agile structure that offers visitors to our store and users of our online catalogue products capable of transforming Puglia into a choice of flavours, into an evolving food and wine tradition.

2022

Granarte Apulian Bakery is officially born with a new line of baked goods and a single goal: to create typical local products, good and genuine like they once were. Martino bans any type of preservative from his counters.

2018

The first production of artisanal panettone begins

2012

The laboratory expands to become a café and a snack bar: baked goods enter the daily production.

2007

During breaks in pasta production, Martino experiments with his first taralli, offering them to visitors to the workshop, just as his Apulian ancestors used to offer them to visitors in front of their homes.

2004

Martino, together with his mother, opens a small fresh pasta shop in Monopoli, a city in Puglia that overlooks the Adriatic and is completed by a rich agricultural food tradition.
